Our goal is housing affordability, safety and simplicity – just right for 1 to 2 people – generally less that 500 square feet. It can be your “cottage” on your small plot of land as your “homestead”.

Each “Cottage Homestead” will be assembled on site on a permanent foundation and will be wired and plumbed for permanent occupancy. It will have designated kitchen and bathroom areas, including a toilet and a small shower. It will be highly energy efficient with the entire dwelling sealed with polyurethane foam, including the floor, the walls and the roof. It will be weather resistant from the foundation up, able to withstand high winds. Depending on the square footage, the living area could also serve as the sleeping area for a single person using a Murphy bed or fold-out couch. It can be designed to provide a permanent dwelling for up to four [4] people, depending on the square footage.
